Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products—many of which are handmade, small-batch, or consumable—we are not able to accept returns on opened items. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

• Return Window: Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• How to Start a Return: Email us at glow@luminousmedicinals.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and description. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.
